Hangzhou Safari Park is located at No. 1 Jiulong Avenue, Fuyang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. To get there, you can choose one of the following ways:
Bus: Take bus 546M, 592, 596, 641M, 646B, 646C, or 647M and get off at Shijiayuan Huayuan Stop (施家园花苑站).
Metro: The closest metro station to Hangzhou Safari Park in Yinhu Lake on line 6. After getting out of the station, take a taxi or walk to cover the remaining 1.5 kilometers.

The park is divided into two main sections: the pedestrian area and the vehicle area, both dedicated to creating open and naturalistic environments for the animals. Currently, over 260 species of wildlife call the park home, including giant pandas, Malayan tapirs, South China tigers, golden snub-nosed monkeys, takins, white rhinoceroses, white tigers, anteaters, gibbons, and crested ibises.
Within the pedestrian area, visitors can explore attractions such as the Parrot Plaza, Reptile Corridor, Samba Spirit Village, Swan Lake, Lovely Pet Park, Chinese Treasures Zone, African Tribes, African Baboons, Animal Kindergarten, and ten major themed exhibition areas including the Predator Danger Zone and Forest Theater. There are also two large performance theaters, the Forest Theater and the Joy Theater, where visitors can enjoy shows filled with fun and excitement. Additionally, the park features a parent-child playground brimming with joy and excitement. Six animal study classrooms, including those focused on white tigers, giant pandas, African animals, animal rescue, reptiles, and various other animals, offer a fascinating journey into the world of animal knowledge.
In the vehicle area, visitors can drive through or ride the free mini train through simulated habitats like the Australian Outback, Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, Asian Grasslands, and African Savannah. Here, they can come face to face with majestic lions, powerful tigers, robust brown bears, agile kangaroos, and striking zebras, experiencing a close encounter with wildlife in their natural habitats.
