The comprehensive display features approximately 3,000 artifacts, including relics, photographs, charts, and nine meticulously reconstructed scenes, spanning a total exhibition line of 1,470 meters.

Noteworthy artifacts include the handwritten telegram draft outlining the operational guidelines for the Huaihai Battle, the radio station used by the General Front Command during the campaign, portraits and personal effects of 86 martyrs, and other precious relics. The memorial hall serves as a custodian of history, preserving the tangible and intangible heritage of the Huaihai Battle period.

At the heart of the memorial hall is the panoramic painting titled “The Huaihai Battle,” a monumental canvas measuring 150 meters in length and 20 meters in height.
