The China Green Expo Park in Zhengzhou (郑州中国绿化博览园) serves as the outdoor green exhibition area for the second China Green Expo. It comprises several zones, including the Maple Lake Area, Exhibition Garden Area, Green Living Experience Zone, and Leisure Entertainment Area. With the “Maple Lake” as its centerpiece, the park features surrounding ecological landscapes such as forests, wetlands, and various facilities like observation decks, performance centers, and piers for visitors to enjoy. Spanning a total area of 196 hectares, the park boasts 99 exhibition gardens, showcasing over 1,300 plant species and housing more than 636,000 rare plants. Additionally, it encompasses diverse ecological habitats such as forests, wetlands, shrublands, and grasslands.
The China Green Expo Park hosts flower and plant exhibition zones representing over 30 provinces and regions nationwide, showcasing local flora specialties. Visitors can marvel at a plethora of rare flowers and plants from different regions, including the Triangle Plum blossoms from Xiamen, Populus euphratica from Xinjiang and Qinghai, and various other floral exhibits from different continents worldwide. Throughout the year, the park features blooming flowers and plants, ensuring a vibrant floral display in every season.
A major highlight of the park is its large-scale musical fountain, featuring an array of colorful lights and fountain designs. The fountain’s color palette includes red, blue, green, and yellow, complemented by various types of lighting fixtures like basket lights, rotating lights, rainbow lights, and more. Accompanied by a repertoire of over ten musical pieces, including traditional Chinese tunes like “Liang Zhu” and contemporary melodies like “Yellow River Piano Concerto,” the fountain’s choreography changes in sync with the music, creating a dynamic and captivating visual spectacle. With 16 different flower patterns, the fountain’s thematic movements transition between gentle and energetic, adding an enchanting ambiance to the park.

Location and Transportation
The China Green Expo Park is located at the intersection of Wansan Road and Zhengbian Logistics Passage in Zhongmu County, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. It is approximately 770 meters east of the intersection on the south side of the road. Visitors can reach the park by taking public transportation:
- Bus route 568 to the North Gate or East Gate of the Green Expo Park
- Bus route Zhongmu 6 to the North Gate of the Green Expo Park
- Get off at the China Green Expo Park Station on the Zhengzhou-Kaifeng Intercity Railway.
