The Little Three Gorges (小三峡) span a picturesque stretch of the upper reaches of the Fuchun River, extending from Qililong in Tonglu to Meicheng in Jiande, with a total length of 24 kilometers. Longmen Gorge, stretching approximately 4 kilometers from Qililong to the Yanziling Fishing Platform, features towering mountains, deep valleys, and a tranquil river surface. The gorge is adorned with attractions such as Xiawan Fishing Village, Fuchun River Fishing Island, Tangsong Welcoming Guests, and the Pan Mountain Cliff.
Ziling Gorge spans 12 kilometers from the Yanziling Fishing Platform to Zixu Ferry, boasting the most secluded environment, the most picturesque scenery, and the longest tour route among the Little Three Gorges. The gorge is characterized by towering peaks, steep cliffs, and meandering river channels.
Zixu Gorge extends 8 kilometers from Zixu Ferry to the confluence of the Fuchun River, Xin’an River, and Lan River. It derives its name from Wu Zixu, who sought refuge here during the Spring and Autumn period. The gorge features winding river channels, ancient trees on the mountainsides, and lush bamboo forests.
In the Little Three Gorges, Fuchun River waters resemble emerald silk, flowing continuously like a giant green satin ribbon. The surrounding scenery boasts undulating green hills, towering peaks, and unique trees, accompanied by the calls of monkeys and cicadas. After a sudden rain, cascading waterfalls descend from the verdant cliffs, resembling countless silken threads hanging from a screen. To reach this scenic spot, visitors can take a direct bus from Hangzhou West Bus Station or South Bus Station to Tonglu Bus Station, with buses departing approximately every 20 minutes. The journey takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes. From Tonglu Bus Station, visitors can transfer to a minibus bound for Qililong, which stops directly at the scenic area of the Little Three Gorges of the Fuchun River.
