The sand is very fine, but the sensory experience is not great (there are many boats on the water), and it’s quite crowded. Prices are also high. However, it has a mature level of commercialization, so it’s possible to stay for a while.

Beihai Silver Beach has noticeably finer sand compared to Golden Beach. The Silver Beach scenic area has four entrances; I entered through the Tide Carving Gate and exited at Roman Square. During this season, the wind by the sea is still quite strong.

The Silver Beach is very large, and when the weather is nice, it’s definitely worth a visit! I went there at noon, and there were very few people. It was quite sunny, but I imagined it would be beautiful in the evening! You can collect seashells, which is really enjoyable too!
