Known for its rich history, culture, and stunning natural landscapes, Xiangxi offers a perfect blend of cultural and natural attractions. One of its most famous locations is Fenghuang (Phoenix), often hailed as “China’s most beautiful small town” and “the painting village.” This small town is steeped in history, having once been a gathering place for politicians, warlords, chieftains, Miao people, and bandits.
