Dragon Tower (龙塔, Long Ta), also known as the Heilongjiang Broadcast and Television Tower, is a multifunctional landmark located in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, China. Standing at 336 meters tall, it is an iconic symbol of the city and serves various purposes, including broadcasting, tourism, dining, entertainment, advertising, and wireless communications.

The tower covers a total area of 15,991 square meters, with the base comprising 12,951 square meters and the tower structure itself accounting for 3,040 square meters. The base features a crown-shaped design with one underground level and four above-ground levels. The tower has an octagonal shape with a parabolic design, and its central section is a cylindrical shaft, surrounded by seven silver aluminum alloy panels and nine deep blue coated glass panels. Visitors can enjoy a scenic ride in the observation elevator, which moves at a speed of 2.5 meters per second.

On the first floor, the “Yuan Huang Zi Sun Sacred Altar” is the only themed attraction in Heilongjiang focusing on the “Yuan Huang” concept. The second floor features the “Beautiful Heilongjiang” exhibition, which spans 269.2 meters and showcases large murals depicting the scenic beauty of Heilongjiang. There is also a northeastern dialect corridor that combines text and images to highlight local dialects.

The 181-meter observation level boasts the world’s longest “Cloud Walking Thrill Ring,” which measures over 60 meters in circumference. At 186 meters, the rotating restaurant, with a 1,256-square-meter area, is the largest sky-high scenic rotating restaurant in the world, accommodating 350 diners at once. The 190-meter indoor and outdoor observation platform provides a 360-degree panoramic view of the city. For the adventurous, the “Brave Game” allows participants to walk along the edge of the circular platform at 190 meters, secured by safety harnesses. The 206-meter “Blessing Pavilion” features over 10,000 “fu” (福) characters in various fonts, marking it as the highest blessing pavilion in China. Additionally, the 210-meter high-altitude swing is the tallest swing in the country, offering thrill-seekers an unforgettable experience.
