The cherry blossoms in Dujiangyan are blooming!
The entire Dujiangyan Water Street is lined with blooming cherry blossoms!!!
The sun finally came out in Chengdu! I took a stroll with my family around Xinglong Lake. Walking by the lake was truly pleasant; the environment is great and the views are expansive. There were many couples taking wedding photos, and some live performers as well. I told my family that the atmosphere at Xinglong Lake resembles that of Dali. The weather today is just wonderful!
Chengdu may seem cold, but it’s actually quite warm! On this trip to Chengdu, I brought a lot of heavy clothes and thermal inner layers, but the weather didn’t require anything so thick. It can be a bit chilly in the early morning and at night due to the wind. Since I walked a lot every day, I would start to sweat a little after a short while. I came to Chengdu and visited Sanxingdui, watched the Sichuan Opera face-changing performance, toured Jinli Ancient Street , went to Du Fu’s Thatched Cottage, and explored Chunxi Road. I enjoyed hot pot and Sichuan cuisine. Tomorrow, I’m going to see the pandas; I wonder if I’ll be able to see the celebrity Huahua.

When I said I couldn’t eat that much, they seemed very reluctant to serve me less. Nowadays, Jianshe Road no longer has the quality and… Read more »
I was initially worried that the weather in Chengdu would be very hot.
I didn’t expect it to be this cool; I really love this kind of weather.
No matter where I go, I don’t sweat too much, making it perfect for traveling.
Chengdu hot pot is really delicious, but the smell can be quite strong. It’s a good idea to bring some extra clothes; changing into fresh ones before going out to explore is really enjoyable!
I recently traveled to Chengdu and the weather was truly a matter of luck! It was incredibly frustrating as I spent three days in Chengdu, and two of those days were filled with rain. After the rain, the weather turned especially muggy, making my experience less enjoyable.
